  • Catering and/or Bar set up fees apply to events serving food and/or alcoholic beverages. 
  • Pricing refers to events during our peak season. Peak season occurs between the third weekend in May and the last weekend in October. 
  • Events booked outside of our peak season or Monday-Thursday are eligible for a 20% discount off of below prices.
  • If you are on active duty for the armed forces, ask about our military discount.
  • We are closed Sunday.

Package includes the following:
  • Seasonal aisle decorations (ceremony only).
  • Table for unity ceremony (ceremony only).
  • Side walls with cathedral windows to enclose pavilion, if desired.
  • Guest Book table.
  • Decorations around wedding party areas, including: arbor, pedestals & more.
  • One hour of free ceremony rehearsal time on either Thursday evening or Friday morning (must conclude by noon)
  • Sound system with operator (does not include DJ service or music equipment to be used for a dance)
  • White plastic folding chairs.
  • Five foot round tables which seat 8 people (5-9 people per table is comfortable).
  • White or ivory table linens
  • Centerpieces (to be selected from our collection)
  • Set up and clean up of everything except client's personal items that are being taken home.
  • Use of our walk-in cooler for the day.

Location Descriptions:
Waterfall Site The perfect location for outdoor ceremonies. Ceremonies typically take place on a round flagstone patio with an arch, located at the top of waterfall feature and pond. The site can hold up to 800 guests in an open air setting.
Pavilion Located adjacent to the waterfall site and surrounded by beautiful views of our farm. This structure provides a scenic location for receptions. Our pavilion seats approximately 300 using round tables and up to 350 if we mix the rounds with rectangle. Pavilion is outfitted with side walls that can be lowered to keep out wind or rain. (No additional fee)
1915 Barn This historic barn is a unique and memorable location to hold ceremonies and/or receptions, particularly in the cool or cold weather. The barn is heated but not air conditioned. The main floor is only accessible by stairs and will seat 175-200 people.

$500  DJ services by Post Family Farm (outside DJs are not permitted).
$150  Catering Set Up Fee for Catered Creations.
$650  Catering Set Up Fee for all other approved caterers.
$150  Bar Set Up Fee for Bars by Butch (other bar services are not permitted)

Popular add-ons available to bridal couples:
$150  Bride arrives at ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage
$200  Bride arrives at ceremony and bride and groom depart in a horse-drawn carriage.
$50  Lawn games - includes set up and removal of bocce ball, ladder ball and corn hole toss.

  1. Additional decorating by decorating team (materials provided by bride)
  2. Digital keyboard for rent on wedding day and/or rehearsal.
  3. Outside vendors that are approved.
  4. Bonfire on side of pavilion at reception area.
  5. Homemade pumpkin or buttermilk donuts
  6. Square dancing or line dancing
  7. Projector and screen for your slideshow
  8. Barn as back-up for rain during your outdoor event
  9. Three forced air heaters on pavilion
  10. On-site wedding coordinator (ceremony or reception only OR ceremony and reception)
  11. Rehearsal dinner at Post Family Farm
  12. Horse-drawn carriage or wagon rides around the farm for bridal party or guests.

Second Payment 50% of estimated total bill must be paid. Cancellations made less than 4 months before the event will forfeit both the initial deposit and the second payment.
Final Payment  The remaining balance of invoice is due the week of event.
