Wedding FAQs

A wedding at our Farm is an event that will be discussed by friends and family for years. We make sure it all goes smoothly by offering you and your guests friendly, professional service with great attention to detail.

We will hold your date with a signed contract and non-refundable deposit. Fees are listed on the “Wedding Pricing” page. If you cancel within one week of booking, we will refund all except $100.

50% of your estimated total bill is due four months prior to your wedding date. Final payment is expected one week before your wedding date and is based on the final guest count given at that time.

Ceremony rehearsals are available Thursday evenings or Friday mornings before noon.  Post Family Farm staff will be available to assist you during your FREE 1-hour rehearsal – please keep in mind that there may be multiple rehearsals scheduled for the same day, so use your hour wisely.  Rehearsal dinners are an option – contact us for details.

Yes–provided it is supplied by Bars by Butch.

We recommend Catered Creations. You are welcome to check out other caterers, but all caterers must be approved by Post Family Farm and provide certificates of insurance. The set-up fee for Catered Creations is $150 and $650 for all other approved caterers.

Yes, please bring them to your rehearsal! We have a variety of centerpieces that may be used at no additional cost (bringing your own does not reduce the reservation price). We encourage brides and grooms to put their signature on their event by adding decorations that reflect their vision of the “perfect” wedding. We do ask that any additional decorations be discussed with us in advance.

Post Family Farm staff is responsible for setting up and cleaning up all the tables, chairs, table linens, and any decorations we provide. You are responsible for removing any decorations you provide. We supply garbage cans during your event and a trash and recycle dumpster is also available for your clean-up convenience.
